Job Summary

As a Remote Medicare Customer Service Representative at Blithequark, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer service to individuals seeking guidance on Medicare coverage and products. This seasonal position requires a 40-hour work week, with flexible hours between 6am-2am, Monday through Sunday. You will utilize your knowledge and expertise to help customers understand their coverage options, select the right products and services, and provide follow-up support as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer service via a mostly inbound call model, responding to customer inquiries with compassion and active listening
• Assist individuals in understanding their Medicare coverage options and selecting the right products, services, and solutions to meet their personal health and financial needs
• Make outbound calls to provide follow-up support when needed and identify additional needs customers may have
• Help customers upgrade products or services and provide solutions in an efficient manner
• Collaborate with colleagues as a team player to achieve shared goals and objectives
• Maintain patient privacy and adhere to HIPAA guidelines

Essential Qualifications:

• Current Health insurance license in your state of residence
• High-speed internet access (>15 mbps)
• Minimum six (6) months of sales experience
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Computer savvy with proficiency in software applications
• Integrity to follow HIPAA guidelines and maintain patient confidentiality

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bilingual in Spanish (offering a competitive hourly rate of $24/hour)
• Previous experience in customer service or a related field
• Familiarity with Medicare products and services
