Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Remote Licensed Customer Service Representative to join our team in Oklahoma. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for receiving, reviewing, and processing calls regarding customer's insurance policies. Your primary function will be to provide exceptional customer service, answering questions, resolving issues, and modifying policies as needed. While waiting for your license to be processed, you will focus on handling billing calls, ensuring a seamless experience for our clients.

To be successful in this role, you must possess a high school diploma or equivalent, be at least 18 years old, and have a strong passion for delivering exceptional customer service. Preferred candidates will have 6 months to 1 year of relevant work experience, although this is not required. You must also have open availability during hours of operation and be willing to work weekends as needed.
