About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Provide inbound and outbound customer support using a call flow guide to ensure exceptional customer experiences
- Close sales, work on prospecting, negotiation, presentation, and utilize B2B and B2C skills to drive revenue growth
- Use product knowledge to build strong client relationships and find new ways to retain customers
- Be detail-oriented when it comes to sales of products and services, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all transactions
- Track, document, and retrieve information in databases to maintain accurate records and inform sales strategies
- Offer additional products and/or services with every sale to increase average order value and enhance customer satisfaction
- Deliver expert customer experiences with a smile, ensuring that every interaction is positive and memorable
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:
- 1+ year of proven hard sales experience, meeting quotas, working on commission, and selling products and/or services
- A strong understanding of the sales/selling process, building relationships, communication skills, negotiation techniques, and closing deals
- Open availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
- A high school diploma or GED, with a strong foundation in mathematics and communication skills
- A quiet, distraction-free environment to work from in your home, with a reliable computer and internet connection
- Proficiency in fast-paced multi-tasking, with the ability to navigate multiple systems and applications simultaneously
- Eagerness to learn new technologies and adapt to changing sales strategies and customer needs
- Strong computer navigation skills and PC knowledge, with the ability to troubleshoot basic technical issues
- High Speed internet (no wireless/hotspots or satellite) and a smartphone, with a reliable backup plan in case of technical issues
- Must reside in the United States or have a valid U.S. address for residence, with the ability to work independently and as part of a remote team
Preferred Qualifications

- 2+ years of experience in sales, customer service, or a related field, with a proven track record of success
- A degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, with a strong foundation in sales and customer service principles
