We are hiring 20 remote healthcare customer service representatives to work from the comfort of their own homes in TX, AZ, NV, FL, or MS. As a remote customer service representative at blithequark, you will be responsible for answering inbound calls from members and providers, inputting data, and providing a high level of customer service that extends courtesy and professionalism. To be successful in this role, you will need to have at least 1 year of high-volume call center experience or equivalent, with healthcare call center experience preferred. You must also be available to work during our hours of operation, which are Monday to Friday, 8am-8pm EST. Additionally, you will need to have reliable, high-speed internet and a closed-door room that is distraction-free to work remotely from.
To excel in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. You will also need to be highly organized, with strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Additionally, you will need to be able to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
