Key Responsibilities
- Conduct calls with representatives to expand the reach of arenaflex and build strong relationships with our clients
- Conduct appointments with potential clients, working around your schedule to ensure flexibility and convenience
- Become fluent in financial products, including Life and Series 6, with the option to obtain Series 26, 63, and 65 licenses
- Train and onboard new hires, providing them with the support and guidance they need to succeed in their roles
- Develop new hires into key team members, helping them to build their skills and confidence and achieve their full potential
