Job Overview
As a Remote Chat Service Agent at blithequark, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional customer service to our customers through multiple channels, including chat and mobile messaging. You will work independently to troubleshoot, problem-solve, and resolve customer inquiries while building strong relationships with our customers. Your goal will be to exceed customer satisfaction, efficiency metrics, and issue resolution targets, all while continuously looking for areas of improvement and communicating trends to leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Independently troubleshoot, problem-solve, and resolve customer service inquiries while building a relationship with the customer
- Provide service to customers on multiple channels (chat and mobile messaging, with potential expansion to other methods) to assist with post-order issues, such as returns, replacements, refunds, delivery status, backorder inquiries, and other issues that may arise in the order fulfillment process
- Exceed customer satisfaction, efficiency metrics, and issue resolution targets
- Continuously look for areas of improvement and communicate trends in customer calls to leadership as appropriate
- Simultaneously navigate multiple customer conversations using software applications and blithequark tools/resources
- Demonstrate conflict management skills and maintain professional composure
- Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication using multiple channels and platforms
