Job Overview
We are currently seeking an experienced Data Scientist to join our Investigation and Conduct Change team. As a Data Scientist at arenaflex, you will play a critical role in developing industry-leading analytics, data, and technology platforms to support the transformation of healthcare. Key Responsibilities
- Implementing models, developing tools, and algorithms to optimize processes related to the claims environment
- Identifying and measuring opportunities for analysis to improve efficiency and increase automation in claims settlement and claims adjustment
- Creating, validating, and executing algorithms and predictive models to investigate issues, identify patterns, and recommend solutions
- Analyzing, comparing, and interpreting large volumes of data in various formats
- Performing analyses of structured and unstructured data to solve moderately complex business problems
- Utilizing advanced statistical techniques and numerical analyses
- Creating data models and pipelines to integrate, collect, and standardize data that generates insights and addresses reporting needs
- Using data visualization methods to communicate analytical results and support business decisions
- Assessing and evaluating the data needs of assigned projects and ensuring the integrity of the data
- Investigating existing data and suggesting additional sources of data for enhancements
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
