Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated remote data entry specialist to join our team at arenaflex. As a data entry specialist, you will be responsible for accurately processing customer information, ensuring completion within timed deadlines, and facilitating auditing of customer-generated file listings against box contents. Key Responsibilities

• Accurately process customer information and ensure completion within timed deadlines, with a minimum keystroke per hour (KPH) of 6000
• Facilitate auditing of customer-generated file listings against box contents
• Interface and coordinate with operations, customer services, and account management teams
• Escalate any serious operational issues immediately to the Data Entry Team Leader
• Carry out duties deemed necessary by arenaflex management
• Ensure full compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley and other key operating standards
• Ensure compliance with Health and Safety (including Fire and First Aid) & ISO standards, as well as arenaflex policies and procedures
• Process client information from transmittal sheets and boxes and input data onto SKP or DCS
• Use the system to verify customer records
• Set up DCS screens
• Transmit data to customers
• Research and resolve system data issues

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:

• Computer with internet access
• Quiet work space away from distractions
• Ability to read, understand, and follow oral and written instructions
• Ability to work and communicate confidently within a multicultural environment and with all levels of the organization
• Good customer service behaviors and effective communication skills
• Ability to input a large volume of data onto the system accurately, with meticulous attention to detail and ensuring that everything is input in a timely manner
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
