We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced data entry specialist to join our team on a full-time contract basis. This is a remote position, available to candidates based in the United States, with a focus on the Charlotte, NC area. The contract is initially for 3-4 months, but there is a possibility of extension or conversion to a permanent position. As a data entry specialist, you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently entering data into internal and external systems, maintaining accurate account information, and ensuring the integrity of client taxes.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a high school diploma or equivalent, as well as at least 1 year of data entry experience. Basic Excel experience and computer knowledge are also essential. We prefer candidates with experience working with Microsoft Excel and a strong understanding of data entry principles and practices.

The hourly pay rate for this position is $16 to $21, based on experience.
