**Key Responsibilities:**
As a Remote Data Entry Representative, your primary responsibilities will include:
* Processing customer purchase orders in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring accurate information and order specifications
* Reviewing, verifying, and making corrections to orders as necessary to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
* Managing orders in the Oracle system through the entire order cycle, from receipt to fulfillment
* Screening international customer orders to ensure compliance with required regulations, policies, and procedures
* Gathering information for measurement, analysis, and reporting to support business decisions
* Providing exceptional customer service through timely and efficient order processing, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
**Requirements:**
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* 3-5 years of data entry and/or customer support experience, with a strong focus on customer interaction and satisfaction
* Proficiency in computer systems, including MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook, and Oracle experience
* An Associate's Degree or equivalent experience in a related field
* Paid training and a willingness to learn new software programs and systems
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
* A strong attention to detail, with the ability to maintain accuracy and efficiency in a fast-paced environment
* A commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences, with a focus on building strong relationships with customers and colleagues
**Preferred Qualifications:**
