Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to content and external teams regarding the use of content tools and platforms
- Create comprehensive reference materials and deliver training sessions to get external teams up to speed with our toolset
- Debug and resolve issues with tools and workflows, escalating complex problems to the tool development team as needed
- Collaborate with the production team to track issues in JIRA and ensure timely resolution
- Advocate for tools, workflow improvements, and suggestions from external teams to enhance our overall content creation process
- Partner with other engineers to develop tools and processes that improve efficiency and quality
- Lead cross-disciplinary discussions to drive feature development from concept to completion
- Exemplify reliability, accountability, and professionalism in all work-related interactions
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a unique blend of technical, communication, and organizational skills. The following qualifications are essential:
- A degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent work experience
- Experience supporting a live service or tool environment, preferably in the entertainment or media industry
- Strong understanding of C# code and the ability to read and comprehend technical documentation
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with external partners and stakeholders
- Positive attitude and the ability to receive and provide objective and constructive feedback
- Excellent organization skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple requests simultaneously
Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with Unity 3D game and tool development
- Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, or other defect tracking software
- iOS and Android mobile development experience
- 5 years' experience in delivering production-level code in a professional environment
