Key Responsibilities

- Processing exchange deal purchases in client profiles and identifying and resolving discrepancies between blithequark and fund companies or transfer agents
- Reconciling and settling move tasks, as well as processing and reconciling reward tasks
- Processing Corporate Action Events and performing research on complex and escalated issues
- Conducting testing and validation of new technology enhancements and provider improvements
- Collaborating with Retail and Institutional Service Teams through email, phone, Slack, Expectation, and Salesforce
- Representing blithequark in daily relationships with fund providers, transfer brokers, converse agencies, and other external business partners
Task-Specific Responsibilities
Some of the specific tasks the Remote Data Entry and Reconciliation Specialist will be responsible for include:
- Study and assessment of membership agreements or transfer requests
- Client/Advisor level exemptions and regulatory responsibilities (e.g., 2340 and 15C3-3)
- Reconciliation of field, returns, and transfer damages
- Assessment and analysis of correct tax programming and corrections of income tax coding
- Troubleshooting internal/external system enhancements or issues
- Identifying and resolving discrepancies between blithequark, fund companies, and other external partners
Essential Qualifications
