**Key Responsibilities**
As a Remote Customer Service/Sales Representative – Supplemental Benefits Specialist, you'll be responsible for:
* Reaching out to individuals who have requested more information on the benefits we offer, and scheduling Zoom meetings to discuss their needs and options
* Customizing new benefit plans and adjusting existing plans to fit the current needs of each client
* Establishing and maintaining relationships with existing and new clients, providing attentive customer service and administrative support as needed
* Performing benefit reviews for existing clients, as well as helping with any necessary claims or adjustments
* Responding to and resolving client questions and concerns regarding their benefits
* Ensuring that all documentation is accurate and complete, and performing any necessary updates on schedule
**Essential Qualifications**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* 2+ years of experience in customer service, sales, or a related field
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
* Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite, with experience using CRM software and other technology tools
* A high school diploma or equivalent, with a bachelor's degree preferred
**Preferred Qualifications**

* Experience working in the benefits or insurance industry
* Familiarity with supplemental benefits and related products
* Certification in customer service or sales, such as CSCP or CSFP
