**Job Summary**
As a Remote Customer Service/Sales Representative, you will be responsible for meeting with individuals who have signed up to receive supplemental benefits from arenaflex. Your role will involve consulting with families, explaining the options available, and helping them select the best plan to fit their needs. You will be a key point of contact for our clients, providing attentive customer service, administrative support, and sales expertise to ensure that their needs are met and exceeded.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Reach out to individuals who have requested more information on the benefits offered by arenaflex
* Schedule Zoom meetings with these members to discuss their needs and preferences
* Customize new benefit plans and adjust existing plans to fit the current needs of each client
* Establish and maintain relationships with existing and new clients to ensure long-term satisfaction and loyalty
* Perform benefit reviews for existing clients, as well as help with any necessary claims or adjustments
* Provide attentive customer service and administrative support in response to members' needs
* Respond to and resolve client questions and concerns regarding their benefits
* Ensure that all documentation is accurate and complete, and perform any necessary updates on schedule
**Essential Qualifications**
* 2+ years of experience in customer service, sales, or a related field
* Proven track record of success in sales and customer service, with a strong focus on building relationships and delivering exceptional service
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients and colleagues
* Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to collaboration and teamwork
* Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively to resolve client issues
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite, with experience using CRM software and other sales and customer service tools

* Certification in sales, customer service, or a related field (e.g. Certified Sales Professional, Certified Customer Service Representative)
