- Engage with US Government (USG) and enterprise clients to provide training, support, and analysis on AWS services such as Amazon EC2 and Amazon S3
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Technical Account Managers, Sales and Solution Architects, to deliver comprehensive solutions to clients
- Proactively assist clients in avoiding potential issues and resolving complex problems in a timely and professional manner
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of client needs and preferences to deliver personalized support and solutions
- Stay up-to-date with the latest AWS services and features to provide expert guidance and support to clients
Qualifications and Requirements
