About the Role

We are currently supporting a Non Emergency Medical Transportation Program, and we have multiple Remote Customer Service Representative openings available. As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for handling incoming phone calls, general clerical tasks, data entry, processing picture IDs, handling customer requests, and providing administrative support.
