What You'll Do as a Remote Customer Service Representative
As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:
- Interacting with customers via inbound calls to assist with their needs and provide exceptional customer service
- Upselling customers to ensure they have the best features to meet their needs
- Building meaningful connections with customers and providing solutions to their problems
- Working in a fast-paced remote environment with flexibility and autonomy
- Participating in paid training to prepare for all call types and customers
- Representing Afni and our clients in a professional and courteous manner
- Meeting productivity and performance goals while working in a comfortable and distraction-free home environment
Requirements and Qualifications
To thrive in this role, you'll need:
Essential Qualifications:
- At least 1 year of call center experience
- At least 6 months of work-from-home experience
- GED or High School Diploma
- Must be 18 years of age
- Must live in the state of North Carolina
- Must be legally permitted to work in the United States
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
- Strong technical skills, including proficiency in computer software and hardware
