About the Role
As a Remote Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you'll have the unique opportunity to work from the comfort of your own home, interacting with customers via inbound and outbound calls, as well as through the internet. Your primary focus will be on providing personalized support to our healthcare clients, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and technical issues with patience, compassion, and professionalism. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide inbound customer support, responding to patient inquiries, concerns, and technical issues in a timely and professional manner
- Assist patients in resolving technical issues with medical devices, troubleshooting problems, and providing clear instructions for resolution
- Address patient concerns related to insurance benefits, eligibility, appeals, and grievances, ensuring that all interactions are handled with empathy and understanding
- Maintain a strong customer focus, assessing each interaction to ensure that patient needs are accurately and efficiently addressed

Essential Qualifications:

- A minimum of 6 months of customer service experience, preferably in the healthcare industry
- A verifiable High School diploma or GED
- Basic computer navigation skills and PC knowledge, with the ability to learn new systems and technologies quickly
- Proficiency in fast-paced, multi-tasking environments, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
- A passion for helping others, with a strong customer service orientation and a commitment to delivering exceptional patient experiences
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients, colleagues, and internal stakeholders
- Must reside in the United States or have a valid U.S. address for residence
Preferred Qualifications:
