Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Respond to incoming borrower calls, chats, and make outbound calls in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring that all interactions are handled with care and attention to detail.
- Counsel and inform borrowers of their repayment options, deferments, and forbearance eligibility, taking payments and updating the borrower's account in an efficient and accurate manner.
- Locate needed information and minimize the time borrowers would be put on hold, demonstrating a commitment to providing timely and effective solutions.
- Maintain the security and privacy of the borrower to protect both the borrower and our partners, adhering to the highest standards of confidentiality and integrity.
- Work an 8-hour shift with a one 1-hour lunch and two 15-minute breaks, managing your time effectively to meet the demands of the role.
- Demonstrate strong computer skills, including the ability to type while talking and navigate multiple software systems with ease.
Qualifications and Requirements

- High school diploma or equivalent, with some college or a bachelor's degree preferred.
- Ability to pass a pre-employment cognitive and personality assessment, which will be administered as part of our hiring process.
- Must be able to obtain a Federal 5C Security Clearance and credit check, which is a requirement for this role.
- Must live in or near the Dallas-Fort Worth area, as this position requires occasional on-site work.

- Must have access to home internet with at least 10 mg capacity and a router for an ethernet cord, as well as a dedicated workspace that is free from noise and distractions.
