We offer a competitive salary range of $43,000-$56,000 per year, which includes both base pay and team-based commission. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes health and wellness benefits, a 6% 401(k) match, stock awards, paid leave, and tuition assistance. Additionally, we offer a $2500 sign-on bonus for eligible candidates, which is paid out in two equal parts over the first nine months of employment.
