About the Role
We're looking for an experienced and skilled Customer Service Coordinator to join our CX Solutions team. As a Customer Service Coordinator, you'll be the face of blithequark, providing exceptional service to our customers and helping to resolve their issues in a timely and professional manner. You'll be working from the comfort of your own home, using your excellent communication skills and technical expertise to deliver outstanding results.

Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need to have:
- A high school diploma, GED, or equivalent certification
- At least 2 years of customer service or call center experience
- At least 1 year of experience with Google Suite or Microsoft Office
- A strong customer focus and excellent communication skills
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team
- A reliable private internet connection, with a minimum download speed of 5Mbps
Preferred Qualifications
While not essential, the following qualifications are preferred:
- At least 3 years of customer service or call center experience
- At least 6 months of experience in the financial industry
- Experience with CX solutions and customer care software
- A certification in customer service or a related field
