Key Responsibilities
- Respond to and engage in conversation with inbound chat and text messages in a professional and courteous manner
- Provide accurate and helpful information to customers, addressing their queries and concerns in a timely and efficient way
- Engage with conversations within 1 minute of receipt, ensuring prompt attention to customer needs
- Identify and report any system errors or anomalies to the relevant teams, contributing to the continuous improvement of our services
- Meet productivity targets by working a set minimum number of conversations per hour, while maintaining high-quality responses
- Operate within multiple software platforms, adapting to new tools and technologies as required
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction, with an ERA (Efficiency Rating Average) above 10%, and be open to coaching and feedback to ensure ongoing improvement
Education and Skills Required
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A strong knowledge of the automobile industry, including makes and models of vehicles
- Access to high-speed internet, enabling you to work efficiently and effectively from a remote location

- Schedule 2: Monday (12:00 PM - 10:00 PM), Tuesday (12:00 PM - 10:00 PM), Wednesday (12:00 PM - 10:00 PM), Thursday (OFF), Friday (OFF), Saturday (12:00 PM - 10:00 PM), and Sunday (OFF)
