About the Role
In this Remote Customer Service/Sales Representative role, you will serve as a Retention Specialist, playing a vital part in the growth of our organization. Your primary goal will be to retain customers who are considering canceling their services, by providing expert problem-solving skills and recommending long-term solutions. You will handle a high volume of incoming calls, acting as an expert in retention and sales, and leveraging your exceptional communication skills to deliver award-winning customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Utilize customer service and sales experience to retain customers and increase brand loyalty
- Proactively identify opportunities to recommend long-term solutions and upsell customers on the value of arenaflex services
- Handle back-to-back calls with care, empathy, and compassion, using de-escalation techniques to resolve customer concerns
- Leverage attention to detail and active listening skills to uncover customer issues and provide personalized solutions
- Consistently improve performance and achieve sales targets, with a focus on providing the right solutions to save customers
- Maintain knowledge of arenaflex policies, products, services, and systems, as well as industry trends and competitor offerings
Essential Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- 2+ years of experience in a sales role, with a focus on customer retention and sales
- 2+ years of call center customer service/sales experience
- High school diploma, GED, college degree, or some college experience
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work with numerous screens and programs open
- Experience in interpreting contracts and communicating terms and conditions
- Ability to perform quick calculations and negotiate with customers
Preferred Qualifications
While not essential, the following qualifications are highly desirable:
- Experience working in a remote environment, with a private and distraction-free workspace
- High-speed internet connection, with a minimum download speed of 25mbps and upload speed of 15mbps
