Key Responsibilities
- Lead the project management of high-value projects across the organization, including project planning, execution, and closure
- Develop and maintain project artifacts, including project contracts, project plans, risk and issue logs, and repositories
- Manage multiple simultaneous projects of varying complexity and priority, across different teams and stakeholders
- Assist in driving the development of the organization's culture at the functional level, ensuring a strong connection to stakeholders across the wider project
- Develop communication strategies and implement processes, activities, and programs that result in optimal dissemination of information and communication consistency, increasing awareness of project expectations, change management, and impact
- Support the development of business cases, prioritization, and overall divisional portfolio management
- Establish and maintain effective relationships and feedback loops between leaders, functional partners, and cross-divisional blithequark teams
- Support the development and growth of the blithequark PMO capability and the establishment of a Center of Excellence for strategic portfolio management
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- Exceptional planning, organization, and creative problem-solving skills
- Demonstrated ability and a proven track record of success in managing and delivering multiple projects of varying sizes and complexity
- Unparalleled communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work across the organization and build and maintain relationships with stakeholders and senior management
- Ability to lead and work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in written and oral communications, and the ability to produce concise documents for executive presentations
- High school diploma, GED, or high school equivalency
- At least 18 years old and authorized to work in the US

- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or experience managing projects according to Project Management Institute (PMI) standards
- Experience with PowerApps, SharePoint, and project management software is highly desirable
