As a remote customer service agent at blithequark, you will be working full-time, providing top-notch service to our customers from the comfort of your own home. Your schedule will be between 7 AM - 11 PM ET, seven days a week, ensuring that our customers receive the support they need, whenever they need it. Your primary responsibility will be to answer inbound calls, address customer complaints and questions, and provide personalized assistance to those affected by disasters.
To be successful in this role, you must possess excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner. You must be proficient in English and have above basic proficiency with computers and smartphones. Additionally, you must be able to work a minimum of 30 hours a week and be willing to complete our comprehensive training program, which includes Day Zero Certification self-led trainings, Registration Intake Training, and Helpline Training.
