As a Remote Customer Product Specialist with blithequark, you will have the opportunity to work from home nationwide in the US, fulfilling upcoming contracts with national and international companies. We guarantee 15-25 hours per week, with an hourly pay rate of between $25/hr and $45/hr, depending on the In-Home Usage Test project. No experience is required, and you will have the flexibility to work around your own schedule. Main Responsibilities

• Properly document In-Home Usage Tests as instructed in the In-Home Usage Test Daily Schedule, including screenshots, audio recordings, videos, product journal entries, and more.
• Take care of the product being tested and use it responsibly, following all instructions and guidelines provided.
• Read and strictly follow the In-Home Usage Test Daily Schedule provided with each product testing project, which may include tasks such as unpacking, reading instructions, journal entries, online or mobile feedback, usage of product for a certain amount of time, writing reviews, taking pictures, and more.
• Participate in some In-Home Usage Tests projects that may require the use of MFour’s Mobile In-Home Use Test Technology, a cutting-edge smartphone technology designed to capture Point-of-Emotion insights and gain unparalleled depth of responses.
• Engage in private chat rooms opened by market research firms to discuss the product being tested, providing honest and constructive feedback.
• Write reviews as requested in the In-Home Usage Test Daily Schedule for each project, sharing your thoughts and opinions on the products and services tested.

Requirements

• Ability to follow specific instructions and guidelines, with excellent attention to detail and a curious spirit.
• Availability to work 15-25 hours per week and commit to a certain routine, with the flexibility to adjust to changing project requirements.
