About the Role
As a Remote Customer Care Specialist at blithequark, you will be responsible for providing client support via phone, chat, and email. You will be the primary point of contact for our clients, assisting with inquiries, troubleshooting, and general support. Key Responsibilities
- Respond to client requests and inquiries via phone, chat, and email in a timely and professional manner
- Demonstrate high standards for quality service, ensuring that all client interactions are handled with courtesy, empathy, and professionalism
- Keep up-to-date with product and procedural knowledge, assessing industry trends and making recommendations for improvement
- Work closely with the quality and training team to self-manage performance expectations and maintain high levels of quality and productivity
- Maintain open communication lines with Team Leads, Quality Advocates, Trainers, and Managers for support and personal development
- Enter information accurately and fully document all client interactions in our proprietary call center database (CSC)
- Adhere to all schedules and deadlines, including scheduled shifts and special projects
- Strive to exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) and quality goals as outlined by management
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:
- 2-3 years of experience in a business or professional environment, preferably in the service industry
- Comparable experience in an office environment is encouraged
- Self-starter with the ability to manage workload efficiently and effectively
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills, with the ability to deliver a high level of client service under high volume
- Commitment to client service and high-quality standards in grammar, punctuation, and written business acumen
- Professional, upbeat, and engaging oral and written communication style
- Ability to develop relationships with clients, even in difficult situations
- Ability to advise and counsel clients in a quick and efficient manner
- Must be computer literate and internet savvy, with experience in windows-based applications and client relationship management tools preferred
- Excellent data entry skills, with a minimum of 45-55 words per minute
Preferred Qualifications
In addition to the essential qualifications, the following preferred qualifications will be considered an asset:
- Prior customer service or troubleshooting experience
- Retail sales experience
- Call center experience
- Experience working in a dynamic shift environment, with flexibility to work weekends and evening shifts

- Dual Core 1.2 GHz or better CPU speed
- 40 GB or more of available space and 100 GB or more of total space on your hard drive
- 8 GB of RAM or better
- Windows 10 Professional operating system
- Two available USB 2.0 or greater ports
- Dual monitors with 1280 x 1024 (SXGA) screen resolution or 1920 x 1080 (Full HD or 1080p)
- Hard-wired internet connection with a minimum of 45 Mbps download speed and 10 Mbps upload speed
