Work Schedule and Availability
We are hiring for the following schedules:
- Monday-Friday 12p-9pm EST
- Saturday and Sunday 10am-6:30pm
- This is a 40-hour per week role, with shifts typically consisting of 5 consecutive days on and 2 consecutive days off, although this may vary to meet business needs
- We offer shift differentials for night and weekend schedules worked, providing additional compensation for your flexibility and commitment
Training and Onboarding
When you start, we provide a comprehensive training program, consisting of:
- A combination of virtual "classroom" and "on-the-job" training, typically lasting 6 weeks, although duration may vary
- Classroom training hours are typically Monday through Friday from 8am-5pm EST, with a lunch break, providing a structured and supportive learning environment
