Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Phone and Chat Specialist to join our dynamic team. As a Phone and Chat Specialist at arenaflex, you will be responsible for navigating online platforms to verify the credentials of nurses after they have selected the healthcare facility they wish to work with. You will then follow up with the nurse via written message to confirm the validity of their credentials for that specific facility. Additionally, you will handle follow-up phone calls with individuals inquiring about the status of picking up shifts, providing them with timely updates and support.
