If you are passionate about delivering high-quality patient care and have a strong commitment to customer service, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity. **Key Responsibilities** * Assist pharmacists in the exercise of pharmacy, including reviewing and processing prescriptions, and maintaining accurate patient records * Perform data entry tasks, including entering patient and drug information into pharmacy systems * Provide exceptional customer service, engaging with patients and customers to ensure a positive experience * Model and share customer service best practices with colleagues to promote a culture of excellence * Develop strong relationships with patients and customers, understanding their needs and preferences * Perform duties as assigned by the Pharmacy Manager, including utilizing pharmacy systems to enter patient and drug records, filling prescriptions, and verifying medication accuracy * Assist pharmacists in scheduling and maintaining work flow * Report prescription errors to the pharmacist on duty and adhere to company policies and procedures regarding pharmacy errors and the quality improvement program * Adhere to the arenaflex Co.
