As an Experienced Pharmacy Technician – Data Entry & Customer Service (2nd Shift) at arenaflex, you will play a critical role in supporting our pharmacy operations and delivering exceptional customer service to our patients and customers. You will work closely with our pharmacy team to ensure accurate and timely processing of orders, provide best-in-class customer service, and maintain accurate customer records. **Day in the Life**
As an Experienced Pharmacy Technician – Data Entry & Customer Service (2nd Shift) at arenaflex, your day will be filled with a variety of tasks and responsibilities, including:
* Performing order entry tasks and collaborating with other team members in the medication dispensing process
* Triaging customer service requests by department, urgency, and information/response required
* Calculating and/or verifying correct dosage based on prescriptions
* Assisting in reviewing narcotic Rx's in a timely manner
* Providing dispensing pharmacist with information regarding allergies and drug interactions, therapeutic duplications, and other items that the computer flags
* Creating and maintaining accurate customer records

**Required Qualifications**
To be considered for this role, you must possess the following qualifications:
* Certification/licensed/registered pharmacy technician or as required by state law
* One (1) or more years of experience as a pharmacy technician or working in a call center
**Preferred Qualifications**
While not required, we prefer candidates with:
* Prior experience in the long-term care industry
* PTCB National Certification
* Education: Verifiable High School Diploma or GED
