Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Pharmacy Customer Service Associate to join our team. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service, resolving client issues, and promoting our products and services. This is a full-time remote position, offering a competitive salary of $25 per hour and a comprehensive benefits package. Key Responsibilities
- Model and convey a positive and exceptional client experience, ensuring that all interactions are courteous, friendly, and professional
- Register sales on assigned sales register, provide clients with efficient checkout service, and process transactions accurately
- Assist the pharmacist, under direct supervision, in the practice of pharmacy, including utilizing pharmacy systems to acquire patient and medication information and process prescriptions
- Engage clients and patients by greeting them, offering help with products and services, and resolving client issues and answering questions to ensure a positive client experience
- Model and offer client support best practices with all colleagues to deliver a particular and brilliant client experience, including relational habits and arenaflex service qualities
- Perform tasks as assigned by the Pharmacy Director, Staff Pharmacist, and Senior Manager, including using pharmacy systems to enter patient and medication data, filling prescriptions, and verifying medication accuracy
- Report, immediately, prescription errors to the pharmacist on duty and adhere to Organization policies and procedures corresponding to pharmacy errors and the Quality Improvement Program
- Strictly adhere to the arenaflex policy regarding Fair and Accurate Dispensing during all applicable prescription dispensing activities
- Handle calls that don't require personal attention of the pharmacist, including those to physicians
- Process (edit and resubmit) manual claims for third-party program prescription services in a timely and efficient manner, and perform other administrative duties as assigned by the Pharmacy Director
Essential Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- Ability to read, write, and communicate in English (except in Puerto Rico)
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekend hours
- Strong numerical abilities, including counting, measuring, and weighing prescriptions
- Good computer skills and knowledge of store inventory control
- PTCB certification (or willingness to obtain)

- At least six months of experience in a retail environment
- Previous work experience with arenaflex
