**Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service Support Representative, you will be responsible for:
* Answering 80+ inbound calls per day from patients, healthcare providers, and insurance carriers
* Initiating payment plans for patients with outstanding balances
* Routinely utilizing multiple resources to resolve patient inquiries while on the phone
* Maintaining performance goals
* Ability to become proficient with processes after completing a structured training program
**Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities**

* Proficiency navigating multiple computer screens and applications

**Requirements**
To be considered for this role, you will need:
* High School Diploma or equivalent
* Remote work setup with a dedicated workspace
* Ability to manage time and tasks independently while maintaining productivity
* Previous medical and/or call center experience is a plus
**Technical Requirements**
To ensure a seamless remote work experience, you will need:
* Internet download speed of at least 50 megabytes per second
* No satellite internet
* Ability to connect equipment to router/modem with Ethernet cord. Equipment cannot be connected through Wi-Fi, mobile routers, or mobile hotspot with Ethernet port.

**Pay Range**
The pay range for this role is $15.25-$21.00 or State/Local minimum wage, if higher.
