Job Overview

As a Part-Time Tier 1 Customer Support Agent, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, addressing their questions, technical issues, and logistical concerns. You will be responsible for providing timely and effective solutions, ensuring a seamless online learning experience for our participants. With availability 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, we are currently seeking coverage during 3:00 - 9:00 p.m. ET weekdays, with weekends possible.
