About the Role
As a Part-time Remote Zoom Host with Workwarp, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth execution of virtual depositions, hearings, and arbitrations. You will work closely with attorneys, court reporters, and other stakeholders to provide technical support, manage schedules, and maintain accurate records. Key Responsibilities
- Zoom Hosting and Technical Support: Provide technical assistance for virtual depositions, hearings, and arbitrations, including setting up and managing Zoom sessions, breakout rooms, screen shares, and recordings.
- Legal Administration: Manage documents, files, and online platforms with attention to detail, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
- Scheduling and Coordination: Utilize our proprietary database to locate and schedule court reporters, legal videographers, and interpreters for remote hearings and depositions.
- Production and Operations: Ensure timely and accurate production and delivery of transcripts and legal video.
- Technical Support and Management: Operate and manage diverse software tools, including court reporting and legal software platforms, exhibit management software, scheduling and calendaring software, and production software.
Requirements and Qualifications
To be considered for this role, you must possess the following qualifications:
- Fluent Spoken and Written English: Excellent communication skills in business-legal English are essential.
- Prior Experience in Legal Administration: Experience in a legal administrative role, preferably in a court reporting or related field.
- Zoom and Virtual Depositions Experience: Prior experience with Zoom, running and configuring virtual depositions or legal proceedings.
- Technical Savvy: Strong technical skills, with the ability to quickly learn and master new software tools and technologies.
- Attention to Detail: Extremely organized, with a high level of attention to detail and ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional Communication: Ability to respond quickly and professionally to emails and other communications, day or night.
Preferred Qualifications and Skills

- Experience with Court Reporting Software: Familiarity with court reporting software platforms, exhibit management software, and production software.
