Key Responsibilities
As a Human Resources Specialist, your key responsibilities will include:
- Providing support in a range of HR functions, encompassing compensation and benefits programs, employee life cycle management, and the implementation of policies.
- Addressing employment-related inquiries with discretion and confidentiality.
- Ensuring compliance with employment regulations while reviewing HR policies and procedures.
- Assisting in onboarding processes, employee recognition initiatives, and management of employee leave policies.
- Serving as a backup for biweekly payroll processing, managing electronic payroll systems and HRIS platforms.
- Compiling and analyzing data to create reports and presentations that support informed decision-making.
- Cultivating a positive work atmosphere that champions belonging, dignity, and justice.
Required Skills

Qualifications
