Key Responsibilities
- Under moderate supervision, plan and execute cycles and arrangements related to a wide variety of informational indexes utilized for information/text mining, and analysis to enable informed business decisions.
- Gain insight into key business issues and expectations by applying statistical analysis procedures to examine structured and unstructured data from multiple disparate sources.
- With moderate guidance, develop solutions from initial concept to production, communicating results to a broad range of audiences.
- Effectively utilize current and emerging technologies to assess trends and develop significant insights and recommendations to management, through understanding of the business model and the data available for analysis.
- Frequently utilize data, statistical and quantitative analysis, limited modeling, and fact-based management to drive navigation.
- Mentor less senior staff, work in cross-functional projects and teams, and regularly present to management.
Essential Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in information systems, computer science, or a quantitative discipline, such as mathematics, engineering, operations research, economics, or Finance.
- Five (5) years of work experience in analysis and analysis, quantitative business problem-solving, operations research, marketing analysis, simulation development, or predictive analysis.
- Proficient in analysis software and applications.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.

- Experience or coursework with SAFE Agile.
- Experience with the following: requirements gathering; probability and statistics; TSQL/PLSQL; Python or R; numerical analysis; discrete data analysis.
