Key Responsibilities

- Provide clear and concise communications, following up with customers on company schedules, requested lead times, and delivery times.
- Collaborate with the Tier 2 team to seamlessly pass escalated customer technical issues quickly and efficiently.
- Track, route, and escalate unresolved issues to management, ensuring timely resolution and customer satisfaction.
- Remain current on constant process updates and technology used within the company, adapting to changes and innovations.

Essential Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
