**Job Summary**
As an Experienced Part-Time Remote Customer Sales and Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales success. You'll be responsible for answering incoming calls from customers, responding to requests about installation, disconnection, or changes to service, and identifying customer needs to proactively offer our products and services. You'll also investigate and resolve customer inquiries and disputes on service, billing, rates, adjustments, and policy issues.
**Responsibilities**
* Answer incoming calls from customers and respond to requests about installation, disconnection, or changes to service
* Instill confidence and loyalty in customers through thoughtful listening, utilizing your knowledge of arenaflex's products and services to effectively service and retain customers
* Identify customer needs and proactively offer our products and services to meet monthly sales goals and deliver an outstanding customer experience
* Investigate and resolve customer inquiries and disputes on service, billing, rates, adjustments, and policy issues
* Respond to requests from customers about arenaflex products and services
* Verify service order accuracy and completeness and make corrections/changes as needed
* Negotiate the collection of overdue bills
* Work evenings, weekends, holidays, and unscheduled shifts as determined by the needs of the business
* Manage various systems and work tools while engaging on the phone with customers
**Requirements**
* 2+ years of relevant experience in customer service or sales
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
* Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Proficiency in using various systems and work tools
* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree or higher preferred
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Related associate's degree or 2+ years of relevant experience
* Customer service call center experience
* Previous collections experience
* Experience with selling products and services
* Customer service skills
* Demonstrated ability to communicate with detail and precision
