As a Part-Time Outlet Customer Service Associate at blithequark, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth. You will be responsible for providing SMART customer service, seeking out customers to understand their needs, and assisting them in locating, demonstrating, selecting, carrying, and/or loading merchandise. You will also be expected to communicate effectively with customers, respond promptly to their questions, and demonstrate sincere appreciation for their business.
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced retail environment. You should be able to lift up to 25 pounds, stand for long periods, and move freely throughout the store. Additionally, you should be able to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
