**Job Summary**
We're looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Part-time Data Entry Specialist to join our team on a remote basis. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for accurately and efficiently entering data into our internal and external systems. If you have a strong background in data entry, excellent computer skills, and a passion for delivering high-quality results, we want to hear from you!
**Key Responsibilities**
* Enter data into internal and external systems with high accuracy and efficiency
* Load client employee payroll information and personal employee information into databases in a timely and accurate manner
* Update client or company level information changes, such as delivery addresses, contact information, and State Unemployment Insurance rate changes
* Maintain accurate account information and ensure the integrity of client taxes
* Work closely with our team to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality results
**Essential Qualifications**
* High School Diploma or equivalent required
* At least 1 year of Data Entry experience
* Basic Excel experience and computer knowledge
* Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment
* Excellent communication and organizational skills
**Preferred Qualifications**
* 1 year of experience with Microsoft Excel
* Experience working in a remote environment
* Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically
