We're looking for a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Part-Time Customer Support Specialist. As a Service Technician, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, troubleshooting and repairing soft drink fountain equipment, and maintaining our refrigeration systems. Key Responsibilities
- Perform mechanical services and light remanufacturing on soft drink fountain equipment according to company standards.
- Investigate and diagnose issues with pop fountain equipment, ensuring prompt and effective resolution.
- Maintain all refrigeration equipment in good working condition, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency.
- Move equipment to perform all mechanical services on fountain hardware, including preventive maintenance, software updates, and cosmetic repairs.
- Provide exceptional customer service, remaining positive and professional in all interactions.
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives, promoting a positive and supportive work environment.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
Essential Qualifications
* Secondary school diploma or equivalent degree/certificate
* Valid driver's license
* Technical aptitude for repairing machines
* Ability to lift 50 pounds
* Flexibility to work on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays as needed
Preferred Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., mechanical engineering, technical services)
* Previous experience in customer service, technical support, or a related field
* Knowledge of soft drink fountain equipment and refrigeration systems
* Certification in a relevant technical field (e.g., HVAC, electrical)
