About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated part-time Customer Support Specialist to join our team at arenaflex. As a Customer Support Specialist, you will play a vital role in delivering our verification product to our customers, ensuring a best-in-class experience for the hundreds of thousands of unique users our product and web application serve each month. Our operations and support team sits at the forefront of our customer interactions, and we are looking for someone who can provide exceptional service, communicate effectively, and troubleshoot technical issues with ease.

To be successful in this role, you should bring at least 2 years of experience providing technical support in a high-volume call center or similar environment. Work Schedule and Environment

This is a part-time position, with a work schedule of 5-6 hours per day, Monday through Friday, within the 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM Pacific Standard Time window. Our Customer Support Specialists work 100% remotely from home, and a reliable high-speed internet connection is required.

Compensation and Benefits

Our cash compensation for this role is targeted at $17 - $19 per hour. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors, including candidate expertise.
