Your key responsibilities will include interacting with customers to create a positive shopping experience, proactively solving problems, and maintaining a neat and orderly front-end area.
To be successful in this role, you must be able to work a flexible schedule, including early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays as required. You should also be physically able to lift and move boxes weighing 40 lbs. or more and stand and walk for extended periods. Our ideal candidate will have excellent leadership skills, a friendly and outgoing demeanor, and a strong interest in retail. You should be able to work well under pressure, think critically, and solve problems efficiently.
