**Job Summary**
As a Customer Service Associate, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our customers, both in-store and through our remote work from home program. You'll be the face of arenaflex, helping customers find what they need, answering their questions, and resolving any issues that may arise. **Key Responsibilities**
* Provide exceptional customer service to our customers, both in-store and through our remote work from home program
* Register sales on assigned sales register, provide customers with polite, friendly, efficient, and professional checkout service
* Draw in customers and patients by greeting them and offering help with items and services
* Settle customer issues and answer questions to ensure a positive customer experience
* Model and offer customer service best practices with all colleagues to convey a particular and wonderful customer experience
* Give customers polite, friendly, quick, and professional service
* Prescribe items available for purchase to customers and suggest upsell or cross-sell opportunities
* Register customer buys on assigned sales register, collect cash and disperse change as needed; process voids, returns, IOUs, discounts, and trades as necessary
* Keep counters and retail areas clean and well-marketed, take stock, and maintain records
* Carry out Organization resource assurance methodology to identify and limit benefit loss
* Guarantee consistency with state and local regulations in regards to controlled items (e.g., tobacco and tobacco products)
* Develop and maintain displays, including promotional, seasonal, super designs, and sale stock
* Finish resets and changes as coordinated
* Help with division of food items (e.g., raw foods from pre-cooked) and item arrangement as determined by policies/strategies (e.g., raw and frozen meats on base retail areas)
* Have working knowledge of store systems and store equipment
* Provide customer service in the photo area, including digital ID photo service, banner print and creative machine, and special sale of special photo items
* Take on web pick-up responsibilities (screens orders in Picture Care, handles requests (pick items), and conveys requests to customers as they arrive at store)
* Help with outside and inside maintenance by ensuring a clean, neat, and methodical store condition and appearance
* Agree to all company policies and procedures; maintain aware associations with colleagues
* Complete special tasks and other assignments as assigned
**Essential Capabilities**
* Must be familiar with reading, writing, and communicating in English (except in Puerto Rico)
* Expects readiness to work an adaptable schedule, including nights and weekend hours
**Preferred Capabilities**
* Lean towards a half year of experience in a retail environment
* Prefer to have earlier work experience with arenaflex
* Prefer to be conversant in reading, writing, and communicating in English (except in Puerto Rico)
