The Role
As a Part-Time Customer Service Advisor at Blithequark, you will be the first point of contact for customer queries, providing exceptional service across telephone, social media, webchat, and email. You will be a brand ambassador for our luxury beauty and fashion brands, ensuring that every customer interaction is personalized, empathetic, and memorable.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide outstanding customer service across various channels, including telephone, social media, webchat, and email
- Be the first point of contact for customer queries, resolving issues efficiently and effectively

- Ensure that every customer interaction is personalized, empathetic, and memorable
- Work collaboratively with the customer service team to achieve exceptional customer experiences

What We Are Looking For
To succeed in this role, you will need:
Essential Qualifications:
- Experience working for a retailer, preferably in a luxury background
- Experience within the beauty, cosmetics, or fashion industry
- Fluent in German, with a C2 level of English
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong IT skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new software systems
- Flexibility, professionalism, drive, ambition, and willingness to learn
- Great attention to detail and highly organized
Preferred Qualifications:
- Graduated from the Fashion Retail Academy or similar
- Qualifications in communication fields, such as marketing, PR, or advertising
- Make-up artist or qualifications in dermatology or skincare
