Key Responsibilities

- Provide accurate information about our products and services via online chat, ensuring that customers have a comprehensive understanding of our offerings.
- Narrow down appointment information to schedule appointments, efficiently managing customer requests and preferences.
- Capture customer contact information for lead generation and client review, ensuring that our clients have access to valuable customer data.
- Summarize interactions based on customer needs for client review, providing insightful and actionable feedback to our clients.
- Develop and maintain a knowledge base of evolving products and services, staying up-to-date on the latest industry trends and developments.
Qualifications and Skills
Essential Qualifications:
- Previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry is preferred but not necessary; we're open to training the right candidate.

Work Schedule and Requirements
As a part-time Chat Specialist at blithequark, you will be required to:
- Work from home in a remote setting; must reside in one of the following states: Alabama, Arkansas, Idaho, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Mississippi, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, West Virginia, or Wisconsin.
- Attend four weeks of paid, remote training via Zoom Tuesday through Saturday from the hours of 11:00 AM - 7:30 PM EDT.
- Work five days a week, including a Saturday OR Sunday.
- Own your own computer or laptop with a webcam and microphone.
