As an Experienced Part-Time Airbnb Host Assistant, you will be responsible for:

* Claim mediation: investigating and resolving claims related to guest behavior, property damage, and other issues
* Collaborating with our team to develop and implement effective solutions to improve guest satisfaction and reduce claims
* Providing exceptional customer service to our clients and their guests
* Maintaining accurate records and reporting on claims and guest interactions
* Participating in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date on Airbnb policies and procedures
**Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Previous experience working for Airbnb or an Airbnb BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) company
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
