Key Responsibilities
- Drive new subscriber growth through planning, execution, and optimization of user acquisition and performance marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including display, video, and search
- Manage cross-channel paid media campaigns, utilizing DoubleClick for campaign management and optimization
- Create and manage audiences using programmatic buying techniques, ensuring targeted and effective marketing efforts
- Work consistent weekends with a Thursday to Monday schedule from 8 am to 5 pm, with flexibility to adapt to changing business needs
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align marketing strategies with business objectives, ensuring seamless execution and maximum impact

Essential Qualifications
- Minimum of 2+ years of experience in cross-channel paid media and ad operations, with a proven track record of success in driving campaign performance and growth
- Hands-on experience with DoubleClick (i.e., DCM, DV360, SA 360), with expertise in campaign management, optimization, and analysis
- Comprehensive knowledge of programmatic buying, audience creation, and campaign management, with the ability to apply this knowledge in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, especially Excel, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field, such as marketing, communications, or business administration
