Key Responsibilities
- Answer incoming customer calls during overnight shifts, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist customers with product inquiries, orders, and issue resolution, providing accurate and detailed information about our products and services.
- Process orders and payments accurately, ensuring that all transactions are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Provide information about products, services, and promotions, up-selling and cross-selling as opportunities arise.
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude towards customers, demonstrating empathy and understanding in all interactions.
- Document all interactions and transactions in our customer service system, ensuring that accurate records are kept.
Requirements and Qualifications
Essential Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous customer service experience preferred, but not essential.
- Ability to work independently during late-night hours, with minimal supervision.
- Strong communication skills and active listening abilities, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.
- Proficiency in using customer service software and Microsoft Office applications, with the ability to learn new systems quickly.
